You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deploy ML-powered personalization and improve engagement, activation, and retention through rigorous experimentation at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with growth/engagement at scale (1M+ users).
• Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features with DS collaboration.
• Strong experimentation skills with designing A/B/multivariate tests and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Coinbase's notifications platform across push, in-app, and email channels.
• Drive improvements in engagement, activation, and retention via personalization strategies.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build relevance models and improve targeting.
• Lead experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate) to optimize timing, content, and channels.
• Shape long-term platform architecture to support new channels and real-time personalization.
