Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II on the Growth team within the Consumer & Business group to own the end-to-end notifications platform (push, in-app, email).

You will define the strategy for communicating with millions of customers, leveraging ML-powered relevance to drive activation, re-engagement, and lifetime value. You will own the product roadmap across channels, balance infrastructure with growth experiments, and partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features.
• Experience owning a multi-channel messaging or notifications platform (push, in-app, email).
• Deep expertise in experimentation methodology and metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
• Fluency in SQL and data analysis to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end notifications platform across push, in-app, and email.
• Define strategy for Coinbase communications to millions of customers using ML relevance.
• Own product roadmap balancing infrastructure and growth experiments.
• Drive engagement, activation, and retention with personalized notification strategies.
