Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Product Manager II for the Growth team to own the end-to-end notifications platform (push, in-app, email). You will drive engagement and retention by delivering the right message at the right time, using ML-powered relevance to uplift activation and lifetime value.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build effective models and measurement frameworks, and run scalable experimentation programs to optimize delivery and content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with growth focus.
• Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features.
• Deep expertise in experimentation methodology and metrics.
• Experience owning a multi-channel messaging platform (push, in-app, email).
• Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the notifications platform across push, in-app, and email.
• Drive improvements in engagement, activation, and retention via ML-driven strategies.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build relevance models.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to validate timing, content, and channel selection.
