Job summary

Valcourt Group in Dallas is seeking a Business Development Manager to build relationships with owners, property managers, and engineers, educate them about our services, and pursue growth opportunities. You will coordinate with the estimating team to prepare proposals and drive a robust pipeline through campaigns, events, and outbound efforts.

The role requires motivation to secure new business, travel as needed, and strong presentation skills to differentiate our offerings in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction or waterproofing is required.
• Proven account development and sales skills are essential.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with partners and potential customers.
• Build a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute initiatives, events, and presentations.
• Generate business through outbound activity and prospecting.
• Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities to accelerate sales cycles.
• Understand and articulate the company’s service offerings and differentiators.
• Maintain CRM activity and track KPI reports for sales.
• Prepare proposals and present project documentation to clients.
