Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in Houston to build a portfolio of target customers and educate them about the company’s services. You will pursue growth opportunities, develop new business, and coordinate with the estimating team to prepare proposals.

The role requires travel to regional training courses and events, with responsibility for managing relationships with owners, property managers, and consulting engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of experience in construction or waterproofing field preferred.
• Proven account development and opportunity qualification skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel to regional trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct and indirect outreach.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to plan events, webinars, and campaigns; pursue proposals.
