Jerry.ai is building a first-of-its-kind AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, and more. We’re a high-growth, equity-focused team backed by Y Combinator with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto, offering remote work for most roles.

The Manager, Business Development and Partnerships will drive growth by strengthening existing partnerships and securing high-value collaborations, reporting to the VP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong work ethic with a bias for action.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the primary contact for existing partners.
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve KPIs.
• Lead generation of new growth opportunities with current and potential partners.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to stay aligned.
• Resolve operational and execution challenges across partners and teams.
