Job summary

Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, from car insurance to maintenance, with offices remote-first and teams across major cities. We are seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to grow our partner ecosystem by strengthening existing alliances and securing high-value new collaborations.

You will work with product, operations, data, and sales, reporting to the VP of Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, quick learner, and owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the primary contact.
• Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs per partner.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
• Generate new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
• Triager operational and executional challenges across partners and teams.
