Job summary

Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets. The Director, Business Operations will drive partner ecosystem growth by strengthening existing collaborations and securing high-value new partnerships.

You will work with product, operations, data, and sales to craft strategies that translate into scalable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll shape the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BD, Partnerships, or management consulting.
• Strong track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to influence across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships and serve as primary contact for key partners.
• Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs for partners.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and improve partner KPIs and outcomes.
• Identify and negotiate new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
• Provide actionable insights and updates to partners and internal teams.
• Triage and resolve cross-partner operational issues quickly and effectively.
