Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to drive partner growth across the auto ecosystem. You will nurture alliances, identify new collaborations, and deliver strategic initiatives alongside product, operations, data, and sales teams.

You’ll report to the VP of Partnerships and help shape the portfolio’s strategic direction in a high-growth environment. Jerry.ai encourages remote work with in-person options at major offices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
• Go-getter with strong work ethic and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for collaboration.
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Analyze data, uncover trends, and identify opportunities to improve KPIs.
• Generate new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
