Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion with attention to detail and bias for action.
• Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the go-to person for deep, trusted collaboration.
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner’s goals.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities to improve key business KPIs.
• Generate new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners through strategic negotiations.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Triage and resolve operational and executional issues across partners and teams.
