Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to help SMBs offer retirement savings nationwide. The Partner Account Manager will engage, build, and develop key accounts and growth opportunities across the United States, accelerating partner relationships to reach more small and medium businesses.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues, drive go-to-market strategies, and execute demand-generation activities through referrals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and craft solutions.
• Work with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (educational events, email, webinars, etc.).
• Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners to drive go-to-market and demand-generation activities.
