Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners in SMB space.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnership opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives promoting partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Work with partners to set business goals and metrics to drive GTM strategies and demand generation.
