Human Interest is a fast-growing fintech company helping SMBs offer retirement benefits nationwide. As Partner Account Manager you will engage and develop key accounts, build referral relationships with tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors, and drive growth across the U.S.

In a dynamic, fast-paced environment you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues, set goals, and execute go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and growing partner relationships in SMB space.
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales and delivering results.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple partnerships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create and grow strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars, etc.).
• Establish business goals with partners and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-gen activities.
