Job summary

You will shape how we originate opportunities, translate client needs into actionable delivery steps, and lead engagements from inception to measurable outcomes, working closely with deal teams and executives. Responsibilities

• Build and work a network across PE deal teams, operating and value-creation teams, EIRs, and portfolio-company executives.
• Turn trusted conversations into concrete opportunities: dirty contract data, a stalled integration, a failed implementation, or an ERP that does not reconcile.
• Diagnose the problem as the buyer experiences it and shape a first engagement our delivery team can execute.
• Run the work you bring in, direct the team, and own the outcome alongside the customer.
• Publish, speak, host dinners, and over time own a segment or functional line of business.
• You become a trusted call for funds deciding how to execute AI and data transformation inside the portfolio.
• You create repeatable paths from one sponsor relationship to multiple portfolio-company engagements.
• You bring the team problems with real operational stakes and a clear route to customer value.
• You build a durable point of view from the work—what breaks, what works, and what PE operators should do next.
