Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer for its PE & Startups practice. You will advise investors and portfolio companies on AI-enabled deal processes, build tailored demos, and craft value-oriented engagement narratives for senior executives.

You'll partner with enterprise teams to accelerate revenue growth, improve portfolio operations, and scale AI-enabled workflows across portfolios, with travel across the US as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record in technical pre‑sales, solution engineering, or solution consulting for enterprise software.
• Experience with executive-facing engagements is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, and Salesforce platform is a plus.

• Advise on agentic transformation for PE firms, their portfolio companies, and high-growth startups.
• Lead executive discovery and value-framing sessions with senior leaders.
• Create demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept showing AI agents in action.
• Articulate Salesforce accelerators and how to scale portfolio revenue and operations.
• Collaborate with startup ecosystems to build scalable platforms across portfolios.
