Job summary

You will spend time on site with the people doing the work, partner day to day with a Forward Deployed Engineer from discovery through production, and make decisions with incomplete information to keep engagements moving.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency or hands-on technical fluency.
• Analytical approach to messy process and data questions.

Responsibilities

• Sit with operators, map the workflow as it really runs, and identify bottlenecks worth solving.
• Turn a broad mandate into a clear outcome, delivery plan, success measures, and decision path.
• Bridge executives, operators, data owners, and engineers so the team builds the right thing.
• Surface policy, ownership, and incentive changes required for new software and clean data to take hold.
• Package what worked into reusable playbooks for the next company and the next fund.
