Job summary

ProSights, an AI-native data migration and transformation company, seeks a seasoned Engagement Lead to drive client engagements from scoping through go-live. You will work closely with executives and engineers to deliver value, while owning the customer outcome in collaboration with private equity clients.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years from McKinsey/Bain/BCG or PE value-creation, with a track record of running complex engagements, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, or on a private equity value-creation team
• Experience running an engagement with ambiguous scope and demanding customers
• Operational excellence: strong decks, solid financial models, quick client responsiveness
• Comfort with AI and willingness to learn fast, practical judgment over polish

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from scope with stakeholders to go-live and delivery
• Maintain sponsor relationships, present readouts, and drive follow-on work
• Help shape and scale the practice, hiring engagement leads as customers grow
