phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States, LATAM, and India. We seek an AI Services lead to guide our Anthropic private equity channel, shape commercial strategy, and drive client success across portfolio companies.

You will build credibility with Anthropic and PE partners, translating value into measurable EBITDA improvement and pipeline opportunities. You will own PE-focused engagements, lead cross-portfolio programs, and mentor delivery teams to

Qualifications

Experience scoping and delivering multi-account programs with measurable financial outcomes.
Ability to translate AI value into EBITDA impact and ROI.
Proven track record engaging with private equity clients and portfolio CFOs.
Comfort in a high-growth, matrixed environment with evolving playbooks.

Responsibilities

Own the PE vertical within the Anthropic partnership and drive AI activation across portfolio companies.
Develop AI value creation frameworks aligned to PE theses and EBITDA improvement.
Lead origination and shaping of engagements across the PE portfolio lifecycle.
Act as executive sponsor for PE-focused accounts in partner conversations.
Build multi-fund account plans extending beyond single portfolio companies.
