DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, tailor vehicle and financing options, and drive the full sales cycle. You’ll support daily store operations, while maintaining compliance and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

The role progresses through multi‑phase levels (0–4) with certification as you grow in sales, operations, and leadership responsibilities. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for prior 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to open/close the store and manage inventories, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers, guiding them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory audits and admin tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Deliver world‑class customer experience and support onboarding of new team members.
