Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor in Conway, SC to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the sale, while supporting dealership operations and ensuring compliant, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, managing sales appointments, and contributing to a collaborative team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with track record of driving sales.
• High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Perform store-opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale activities.
• Support training and onboarding of new Sales & Operations Advisors.
• Follow company directives and participate in ongoing training.
