Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• Proven revenue growth in Home Services or similar.
• License to apply pesticides within 90 days (company paid).
• Independently manage field/route-based assignments.
• 5–7 years in multi-operational or sales leadership with results.
• 5–7 years P&L responsibility and cost control.
• 5–7 years customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years P&L management and business processes.
• 5–7 years operations or sales leadership with results.
• 5–7 years proven profitable growth; mentoring and coaching.
