Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to guide a high-performing branch team. You will drive revenue growth, lead field operations, and mentor staff across the division, with strong P&L management and a focus on safety and compliance.

You’ll relocate within the division geography as needed and travel up to 25% to visit branch offices while delivering world-class pest management services. This role offers a clear path to regional leadership and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 5–7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years of P&L responsibility and expense-control experience.
• 5–7 years of customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years of mentoring, coaching, and training teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices for visits about 25% of the time.
• Relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire the team to deliver top-notch service and pursue continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate, and coach staff.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring, promotions, succession planning, and performance improvement.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
• Maintain technical industry knowledge in pest and operations management.
