Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to build and guide a high-performing team delivering world-class pest management services. You will lead a branch after completing initial training, travel for branch visits, and relocate within the division to pursue higher roles.

Drive revenue, coach your team, and uphold safety and service standards across operations. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage the P&L, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• Documented success driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (paid by company).
• 5-7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience.

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices 25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and improve customer service.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring and promotions.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
