Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven revenue growth experience in Home Services.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• 5-7 years in multi-operational or sales management with results.
• 5-7 years P&L management and expense-control experience.
• Strong customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices ~25% of time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing margins.
