Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to build a high-performing team delivering world-class pest management services. You will lead a branch, drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic growth environment.

You will travel about 25% for branch visits, mentor teams, and contribute to regional leadership opportunities across the division geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• 5-7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5-7 years: P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies.
• 5-7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience.
• 5-7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% of the time for branch visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top‑notch service and continually improve.
• Drive revenue growth and manage P&L with expense control.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring, promotions and succession planning.
