Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Sell via company tools to promote products and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and close orders.
• Provide quotes/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle.
• Report market and product information to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to improve knowledge.
• Utilize internal resources and vendor reps for product applications.
