Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its Gexpro team in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on proactive inside sales via telephone or email, building relationships, processing quotes and orders, and growing the customer base with product knowledge.

You will support outside sales, use CRM and ERP tools, and pursue new accounts in a defined territory while continuously improving customer service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• Knowledge of product lines and applications within electrical distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, specs, delivery terms and payment options.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, and promote products; engage new and existing customers.
