Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Newport News, VA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Gexpro team. You will drive proactive inside telephone or email sales, establish and maintain customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and pursue product knowledge to grow the customer base.

You will also assist outside sales, use digital tools to promote products, answer technical questions, and seek new accounts within a defined territory, contributing to increased profitable sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize company digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, answer technical questions, and increase business.
