Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Gexpro team in Richmond, VA. This role focuses on proactive inside sales and marketing efforts to increase profitable sales by building customer relationships, processing quotes and orders, and pursuing product knowledge.

You will support outside sales, prospect new accounts, and use CRM/ERP tools to drive growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
