Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential resident care in our facility. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring comfort and hygiene, and documenting observations for nursing staff.

You will work under license guidelines and maintain residents’ privacy and dignity. Qualified CNAs must hold an active license, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess CPR and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Willingness to take additional training when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care including hygiene, meals, mobility and comfort as per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities accurately.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors in a timely manner.
• Respect residents’ privacy and HIPAA guidelines during care.
• Assist in activities of daily living and social engagement.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when residents’ needs change.
