Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue additional training as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including daily living activities.
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity following HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort.
• Communicate with the care team when a resident's needs change.
• Support residents with dementia and other conditions as needed.
