Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs, document care activities, and report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Maintain privacy and dignity adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education to maintain certification and stay current.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support health, welfare, and safety of residents.
