Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care in a supportive d environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document care, and report observations to the nursing team.

The role requires an active CNA license, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a High School Diploma or GED. State training updates and flexible scheduling are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to take additional training as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Monitor vitals and document observations for nursing staff.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity following HIPAA and regulations.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when needs change.
• Assist residents with dementia care.
• Perform duties within scope of license and responsibilities.
