Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care, assisting with hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor vital signs, document care, and report observations to nursing supervisors, upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

You will support a safe, respectful environment, participate in ongoing training to maintain certification, and contribute to the health and welfare of residents within a team-focused care setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Willingness to undergo additional training or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions under your active license or certification.
• Know residents and provide care per their care plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia.
• Take on other duties within knowledge and experience.
