Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care, including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will protect privacy, follow HIPAA guidelines, and support a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care activities, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support residents with dementia, and participate in ongoing training;

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Willingness to take additional training as states may require.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility) for residents.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors and maintain HIPAA privacy.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when residents' needs change.
• Assist residents with dementia with compassionate, patient care.
• Take on additional duties within scope of knowledge and experience.
