Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete state-required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on care plans and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort; monitor vital signs.
• Document care activities and report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when residents' needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia and ensure safety.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and participate in ongoing education.
