Job summary

EMSERE is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth within our current client base and introduce new products and services. You will own growth targets while balancing client service and commercial strategy in a dynamic environment, based from Peachtree City, GA and Leiden, NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in a sales-oriented environment with organic growth
• Pharma Services/clinical trial knowledge a distinct advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong CRM management experience and ABM knowledge
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client sales targets and new study wins
• Build and manage client relationships
• Solve less clearly defined, practical issues
• Identify opportunities to support client needs; negotiate and manage contract renewals
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status
