Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess qualified leads, develop outreach strategies, and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients and arrange meetings for the Sales Lead to close.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Work with Customer Success to support onboarding and account management.
• Identify renewal, upsell, and new business opportunities with existing clients.
