Job summary

Rexel USA in Fairfax, VA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable branch operations. The role includes budgeting, strategy execution, and hands-on oversight of sales, service, inventory, and safety programs.

You will coach staff, manage P&L to meet targets, develop customer relationships, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives across the branch network. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license (if deliveries).
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and safety, leading the team.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and net income targets.
• Develop and coach staff; ensure customer service excellence.
• Oversee inventory control and orders, maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth and strategy.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
