Job summary

Rexel USA in Centreville, VA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and coach a team, ensuring profitable and safe operations across the branch.

You will drive sales, manage the P&L, oversee inventory and facilities, and implement strategic initiatives with cross‑functional partners.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/operations with leadership experience and is based at a Rexel branch in Virginia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass DMV/MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools and external digital strategy adoption.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch staff; address personnel issues.
• Ensure tools and inventory support sales potential and safe operations.
• Manage branch P&L to meet or exceed sales, income, and expense targets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct inspections to support control.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch mission and strategies.
