Job summary

Rexel USA in Stockton, CA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and run profitable branch operations. You will coach staff, manage P&L, ensure inventory integrity, and drive growth through customer relations and strategic execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales/ops within electrical distribution, 2+ years of leadership, and a valid driver's license. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability using company digital tools and lead digital adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel for peak performance.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and expense targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control; maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support growth goals.
• Perform deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
