The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and collaboration with sales and marketing to reach growth targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/operations in electrical distribution, with 2+ years of leadership experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass pre-employment and MVR review
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law
• No serious driving incidents in past 3 years
• High School or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by using company digital tools and lead digital strategy.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budgets.
• Implement safety standards and conduct inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors and provide excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth and goals.
• May perform deliveries or other duties as needed.
