The role requires 5+ years in related fields with leadership experience; forklift certification and a valid driver's license are preferred. A HS diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations or similar B2B in electrical distribution.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR record.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass MVR checks.
• HS/GED required; Bachelor's degree considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and safety; oversee P&L and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and train branch personnel; resolve personnel issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Develop sales strategies; collaborate with partners, sales, and marketing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and vendor relationships.
• Perform deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
