Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Effective written and oral communication across levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Planning, people management, and business development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost or lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and lead recruitment activities.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with vertical directors or VP.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, pay/bill rate negotiation, and hires.
