In this role you will lead recruitment, training, and coaching to achieve top-line results and high client satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to groups.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new business and backfill lost accounts.
• Lead branch P&L management, budgeting, and cost-control decisions.
• Coach recruiters and manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, rate negotiation, and implementation.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and client contacts.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
