Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in sales or service leadership.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; control costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Set pay and bill rates; lead credit checks and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and notices.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
