Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth and branch performance in the United States. You will drive new business, retain key accounts, and manage P&L while recruiting and developing top talent.

You will partner with HR, Operations, and client contacts to meet SLA targets and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients. A strong sales and leadership background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle problems.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new and existing clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain client satisfaction.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, driving revenue growth and cost control.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Lead branch recruitment strategies and local recruiting relationships.
• Coach recruiters and monitor KPI performance and service levels.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and fee structures.
