Job summary

You will recruit, train, coach managers and staff, manage budgets, set pay rates, and maintain compliance while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience, including direct sales and supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with staff and clients.
• Strong planning, organizing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan and execute client growth strategies and SLA-compliant services.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control processes.
• Lead recruitment strategies, develop local relationships with colleges and labor centers, and participate in recruiting activities as needed.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams; monitor pay/bill rates and credit references.
