Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing branch team in the United States. The role includes creating growth plans, ensuring service levels, and overseeing budget and P&L while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, regularly review performance, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet business objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow client base, and achieve SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and branch performance.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
