Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising and parts departments.
• Experience with independent repair facilities is a plus.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians and parts department.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
